Document Delivery Services is the provision  of  published or unpublished    documents in hard copy, or digital format, for free or a fixed fee for certain services upon request. Please look into the following guidelines:

1. To avail the Document Delivery Service, users may access first or use the Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC) and search for desired resources to be requested.

​

To access the OPAC, just type the URL http://122.54.147.58:8081/ or visit  the SPUS Library website: spuslibrary2020.wixsite.com/libraries

​

   2. Users may send request through OLiVIA (Online Library Virtual Inquiry Assistant) or visit the SPUS Library         website.

​

​   3. The requestor shall provide the following information:

​

Full name

ID number

Course

Phone number​

​

Do you want to have a copy of a certain part of the articles or any resources?

 

Document Delivery Service offers you  PHOTOCOPYING and SCANNING of materials.

​

1. A photocopy of a particular part of an article from the book or any materials in the library is available for:

Paulinian Students and Teachers =Php 2.00 (per page)

Outside Researchers  =Php 3.00 (per page)

​

Note: You will only get the materials from the main gate near the guardhouse both at the main campus and new site.

​

2. Scanning of library materials is also available for only Php 10.00 per page (either long or short).

Fees are to be collected through bank accounts and other electronic means to transfer payment provided by the FINANCE OFFICE. Deposit slip or proof of payment will be sent to spusurigaolibrary@gmail.com

Note: (The minimum amount in order to avail of this service is Php 50.00).

​

3. Fees for any reproduction and scanning of materials will be collected through bank accounts and            other electronic means to transfer payment provided by the FINANCE OFFICE. If payment has been        made, the requestor shall send a copy of the deposit slip or proof of payment through LORA or                Library Online Reference Assistance or inform the librarians through LIPRA or Library Phone                    Reference Assistance.
